Cruise Blog # 3

Here are some more pics taken on our cruise through the Panama canal. Huatulco, Mexico has several coves with beautiful beaches. They look as if they would be very private once you got onto them. It appears to me that the easiest way to reach many of them is by boat. About mid transit of the Panama canal, there was a nice bridge connecting the two sides of the Canal. I took this picture from our balcony. (The overhanging deck shows.) From our balcony I also took a picture of the turbulent water as one of the locks was being emptied. There were a couple of evening meals on board ship where the dress code of the day was "formal." As a result for one of the meals I snapped pictures of Clarine and me. Those pictures are included. As I look through the remaining pictures, I see that there are likely enough of interest to make another post at a later time. As I think back over the trip, I am aware of many things I just did not get pictures of. gwh
